Kindred Sport, as event organiser, is the responsible party for this data under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA); JustEnterNow processes it on their behalf as the entry platform. Your data is not sold to third parties. Sensitive information such as your ID number and any medical details are encrypted and only accessible to authorised event and medical staff. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting entries@womenshalf.co.za, subject to records the organiser is required to keep for event safety and compliance.
